Apartments are kept in working order, but if major repairs are needed they can take a long time to be complete Read Mored because the have to be approved by the corporate office that own them complex. That being said the office staff at the complex are always friendly and are willing to help as much as they can.
I've only had issues with sound on a couple of occasions but it wasn't so bad that sleep/activities were disturbed.

With 2 months left on my contract, a flood occurred in my bathroom. The flood originated in the apartment abov Read Moree mine. Instead of fixing the damage, offering to relocate me, or releasing me from my lease, I was left with a flood damaged bathroom for the rest of my lease. They made sure to charge me for forgetting to clean the inside of my oven when I moved out, though.

The staff was unresponsive and basically used the renter's agreement to bind us despite the obvious odor of sm Read Moreoke in the room and the fact that we had an infant living in the apartment.

I was not satisfied with the raise I'm rent when re-signing a lease also not happy with the electric bills in Read Morethe top floor apartments and lack of assistance In fixing the problem by management. I stead was told "you are lucky the tenants before you paid more" electric was 2-350$ a month in hot/cold months
