As you can see location is excellent, having a garage is plus. otherwise parking is abysmal. Maintenance no Read Morew does geat job but buildings are old and starting to deteriorate. Foundations are starting to crumble, windows, doors let in a LOT of cold air. Furnaces/AC units are old and in winter they cannot keep up so electric bills (even with thermostat set at 65 or 66) are very high. Landscaping nice around office but not at all buildings. Rent is too high for old buildings and we pay water!
