The home was nice. The utilities however were not. In the winter my bill was very high $300-$400 in a single m Read Moreonth. I guess with the home being so spacious it cost a lot to heat it. Also you live far away from everything. (Cow in the back yard) The home it self was very nice and spacious. Did not like the fact that there was no bathroom in the master bedroom. The closet made up for that though. Loved the neighborhood.

Need To Provide A Place For Children To Play Since Residents Are Not Allowed To Have Anything In Their Tiny Ya Read Morerds. Patios Need To Be Larger. Office Personnel Need To Be A Lot More Respectful Of Their Clients. We Are Told To Treat These Places As "Our Homes", Yet, Nasty Letters Get Sent Out To Residents Over Picky Little Things.

When calling in a work order or emailing it takes a long period of time to get a response back.
