The staff is typically pretty rude and has a weird sense of entitlement. It's a really expensive option for re Read Morenting, so you would expect a different attitude from staff. In terms of apartment living, the landscaping was always really nice, but being on the second floor, we could hear tenants above us, below us and beside us. The walls are really thin. Our neighbors above us argued... a lot.
