Our lease terms are: We offer multiple lease terms. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Dog Policy: We happily welcome your four legged friends here at Mallard Crossing, allowing two pets per apartment home. There is a $300 fee for the first pet and a $100 fee for the second pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet/per month. There is a weight limit of 50 pounds per pet and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
