Overall it was a good place to live. They had 4 landlord changes in the 3 years I lived there and one of them Read Morewas a real creepo. The air conditioning was useless too. Other than that I had no complaints. Maintenance was usually very timely and price was great.

Maintenance was horrible. Calling them left only a lingering frustration. The sound insulation between units Read More was awful, you could hear everything your neighbors did. For the cost of the unit they could have made some improvements to them over the years. The plumbing from my upstairs neighbor leaked into my bathroom, maintenance left a hole in my ceiling for over a month. They didn't fix my hot water heater for 3 days & not until I called their corporate offices. The windows were so old.
