Provincial features the Louisiana Vernacular style of architecture with balconies overlooking tree-lined walkways or your front door opening to a view of dozens of crepe myrtles lining the walkways. The Crillon is surrounded by stately oaks and flowering gardens providing a beautiful luxurious setting. Both Provincial and The Crillon communities are constructed of all concrete and brick providing virtual soundproofing. The grounds are meticulously manicured and include a French Quarter style courtyard. We have many floor plans to choose from including one, two and three bedrooms. Amenities include conveniently placed laundry facilities, washer and dryer connections, individual climate control, private patios or balconies, huge closets, window treatments, plush carpet, and all kitchen appliances. For your further convenience, all utilities are paid for you by the owner. In addition, courtesy guard patrol is provided nightly.
Our lease terms are: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, We offer multiple lease terms (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details)
Dog Policy: Maximum 2 dogs per apartment. Restrictions: We welcome pets at our community. Deposits and fees may apply, please contact us for additional information. Dogs are allowed.

Management and maintenance change too frequently, residents have no regard for other neighbors and their prope Read Morerty, and when compaints are made about certain issues, nothing is being done to correct them.

Yes the community has experienced turnover in management. Your new staff has been here for one year and your manager has been here for two years. We ask that should you have an issue with another reisdent violating our community guidelines please let us know. Management will do all we can to enforce those guidelines however we do need your help. I look forward to hearing from you concerning these issues. The office staff was very UNPROFESSIONAL, especially the Manager. Upon moving out of the apartment, I was told Read More by a employee in the office that she had done the walk through and there was no need for me to do anything further. I asked if I would get my deposit back and she told me yes in about 30 days. After 30 days I called the office to ask about the deposit, I spoke with the manager, and she was told that I would not be getting the deposit back. I did not appreciate this. Will not recommend.

We apologize that your move out experience did not go smoothly. Resident's security deposits are held for damages to the apartment upon move out that are beyound normal wear and tare. Should you have any questions concerning the allocation of your security deposit, please do not hesitate to contact me. We appreciate your feedback.

As the Manager I am responsible for walking and accessing all move out charges. If a forwarding address is provided we would mail a Final Account Statement to you.
