From outdated appliances breaking to terrible office staff this place was terrible. I moved out and left the a Read Morepartment in the exact same condition as when I move in, probably even cleaner. 2 months later I was sent a bill for $1,200 for cleaning services and replacing the carpet. I steam cleaned the carpet when I moved out and it was cleaner than when I moved in. I contested the bill with Regency Club and was promptly referred to a collections agency and have now retained an attorney.

I had someone go into my car and went through my stuff left it messy. I noticed a keycard left on the seat. I Read Morebrought the key card to the office and the ran the car number in the computer. I was an employee. All they told me was to get an alarm. I called the police but the just came out and filled out a report. He spoke with the office by himself and I never heard back about it since. Right then I noticed I had to move out. Employee went through my car trying to steal. Office tried to cover it.

I enjoyed my stay at Regency Club. I actually stayed in both one- and two-bedroom apartments during my time th Read Moreere. The units were in good condition upon move-in and the maintenance staff would respond in a reasonable amount of time if something needed to be repaired. It's a nice property. This is mainly a student/youth adult complex. I didn't like the cars riding at night blaring their music on a regular basis. I eventually left because the unit above flooded and my unit developed mold.
