Overall, I do enjoy living here. Aside from one resident's engine being disturbingly loud, it is a quiet place Read More to live. The property is clean and kept up well from outward appearances, the amenities are new and nice. I enjoy having stainless steel, granite and hard wood floors within the unit, in addition to convenient garage parking. Also, the location is unbeatable. As for the cons, the maintenance and office staff need to work harder to communicate with residents and ensure their issues are getting resolved. This place is home for many people and it should not be seen as an inconvenience if a resident has an issue with something that needs resolved. I do think the sense of community is lacking, there seems to be no events. Cell reception is spotty at best, which should be seen as a safety issue rather than a luxury. Finally, it would be nice if they would step up their interpersonal technology, like establishing a line of communication for the residents (email list serve) and also have a way for residents to pay rent online. This place has the opportunity to be great, but they still have a long way to go.

My husband and I moved to the district 3 weeks ago after our home flooded. We absolutely love our new home. T Read Morehe ataff and maintenance workers are very accomadating in meeting our needs. The covered parking is very nice and we love that we can purchase reserve parking spaces. I think we are going to enjoy our stay at the District.
