This is not the place that you want to live. They advertise themselves as "pet friendly" because they profite Read Moreer off of pet owners. Non-refundable pet fee plus a monthly pet fee and on top of that expect to be charged extra "pet cleaning" when you move out even if you clean yourself. Upon moving in, my unit was in deplorable condition due to poor management and oversight. My oven literally did not have a door on it, I had a Frankenstein microwave that was black with a white handle, molding on the cabinets was stripping away, the refrigerator constantly leaked water, there was mismatched paint on the walls, parts of the floor were stripped up, the blinds were broken, and one of the door knobs came off when I tried to open it. Broken things are okay as long as they get fixed, right? Well it took them over a month to get me a new oven and even begin fixing the 7 or so things I had put a work order in for and that was after I went to the office to inquire about them several times. If you're thinking about moving here because they are lax on dog breeds and weights then don't because you'll automatically be out $800+ dollars no matter what.

I love the location. It is right across from Perkins Rowe, down the road from the Mall of Louisiana, and equi Read Moredistant from Town Center and Siegen Lane shopping centers. I always feel safe here. The landscaping and the buildings are nice, and residents are friendly.
My only complaint is the staff, who are nice but consistently seem/act very inexperienced. I also find the maintenance to be slow and the job quality mediocre.
I like living here and would recommend it.
