Had some difficulty and misinformation upon move in, had me on 2nd floor when I was supposed to be on first an Read Mored nothing could be done to fix it. Move out process did not happen the way it was supposed to and caused a huge inconvenience. Had some on going issues with my garage door. Difficult to get in touch with a customer rep when needed. Often times when I did have an issue I was always told that it wouldn't be an issue to take care of...there was always an issue when I went in to talk.

1. Requested an East-facing apartment for the sunlight & was told that mine did indeed face East. Once I move Read Mored in, I realized that although it was oriented to the East, it had no windows on that side! 2. Pest control personnel entered my locked apartment when I was in the shower! There had been no notice that there would be service that day. 3. Outside hallway walkways were dirty (gum, stains, etc.)

We lived there 5 years. That's a long time. Management was inconsistent and there was no consideration for len Read Moregth of residency or timeliness of rental payments. They did nothing to entice us to stay and refused - I repeat, refused - to make regular maintenance much less improvements to the unit. They said they would just wait for us to move. Very disappointing after living there for so long.
