The apartments are not taken care of properly. They are literally falling apart from the inside out. Managemen Read Moret shows no sense of concern and is only worried about collecting the rent.

Parking is terrible but maintenance is exceptional. The office does an okay job of responding to issues. The Read Morere are lots of pit bulls and other gigantic dogs here that are always off leash. It's an older place and there is minimal insulation: which means it is NOT energy efficient and you absolutely will hear your neighbors.
