We are happy with most everything but there are a few things that are disappointing. The size of the hot wate Read Morer heater for 3 bedrooms, only 1 can take a bath and it takes about 30 minutes before the water heats up again; animal feces are continually in the grass area where we walk; the appreciation crawfish, they never order enough and it runs out before 5pm, those that work never receive anything unless they leave work early that day.

I love my apartment, however the residents are not using the dog park, and people are trackin Read Moreg feces and urine all over, including up the stairs and on the deck. They never clean up after their pets and that makes the appearance affected and it stinks. Also, the treadmill is old, and the room is to HOT to Work out in. The building shingles are falling off, and the decks of the buildings are filthy. HELP!

Since I moved here, there has been noise issues from the neighbors above me, maintenance issues that haven't b Read Moreeen attended to, and people parking behind my car which blocks me from leaving. I have called and complained about these issues countless times. Nothing ever changes. I'm moving once my lease ends, because unlivable is an understatement here. I pay my rent on time and I feel like I'm throwing my money down the drain every time I pay my rent, because I do not at all enjoy living her.
