Our community sits on approximately 23 acres, located within the Spring Lake Subdivision. We are close to Line Avenue and the 3132 exchange, but far enough away to have a peaceful and quiet location. We have lots of green space, trees, grass and open areas and are located in an excellent neighborhood to walk, run or ride bikes. Our location is within an easy drive of LSU-HSC, LSU-Shreveport, Youree Drive, downtown, and interstates I-20 and I-49. You'll enjoy how easy and convenient it is to get to where you need to go.
Our lease terms are: 7 months, 8 months, 9 months, 10 months, 11 months, 12 months, 13 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).
Pet Policy: $300 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: We welcome dogs and cats, up to two per apartment. The carpeting in the apartment must be at least three years old to be considered pet friendly. Dogs must not be more than 45 pounds at maturity. Management reserves the right to restrict breeds and any breed that will exceed the allowed weight at maturity. Pet Fees are $300.00 for the first pet and $150.00 for the second and are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
