PET POLICY: 20 lbs wt limit. 2 pets max. $15-$25/month pet rent. Aggressive breeds restricted. $200 refundable pet deposit. $100 non-refundable pet fee. Restricted dog breeds include any dogs which are partial, or full, Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, English Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Rottweiler, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Doberman, Alaskan Malamutes, Huskies, Presa Canario, Saint Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, German Shepherd or Boxer. 1st Lake Reserves the right to restrict any other breed or animal.

The service here has always been great and efficient. The staff is also very friendly, and there is absolutel Read Morey nothing that can be better. I really love it here and plan on staying until whenever I buy a house.

The front office staff were extremely nice and helpful. My neighbors were very nice. The apartment was nice Read Moreand it was in a great location for me. Also, the rent was fair. I wish I had known about the complex when I first moved to New Orleans. I would've moved there and stayed.
