Very nice and clean place to live. The people were very nice and helpful. Only problem I had living on the bot Read Moretom floor was when it rained you could not flush the cammodes because they would overflow. Other than that, I enjoyed living there very much.

Pet waste policy is not being enforced very well. Only a small percentage of pet owners actually pick up the w Read Moreaste. Dumpster area is not cleaned often enough or very well when it is cleaned.

The only issue that I have with Ashford Place is ..... I have been residing there now for almost 3 years and h Read Moreave never been late paying my rent. I feel that when a resident renews their lease the company and/or apartment complex should give them an incentive i.e. free carpet cleaning, a percentage off rent for the next month, etc. Just as taking this survey ...it should be some type of incentive to do so. I feel like the company as a whole - Ashford Place / Rent.com can do a better job.

I did not feel that Ashford enforced the rules that they marketed. For example, parking- if you paid for a co Read Morevered parking space they never enforced if someone else parked in your spot. They would simply state that they would put a note on their car. Then here you are paying for a covered spot and you are the one having to find another spot. Another major issue I had at the time was noise and the apartments lack of enforcment for obiviously overcrowded units. Creating very noisy environment.
