assigned parking is the worst. Long walk made move difficult. Where will your guests park? Maintenance was so Read Moremetimes rude and once I had to report an incident to the office. centralized heat mean no control of the inside temperature. Expensive for a 1 bedroom. I paid over $1000 per month.

We are pleased with living in Princeton at the Back Cove so far.
The water temp varies wildly during shower Read Mores - don't know what can be done about that. Sometimes the upstairs bathroom water pipes shake dramatically - sounds like a helicopter overhead, seriously.
