Our experience with management, value and facilities has been excellent for 80% of the time we have been here. Read More In fact, we came back to this management company after several years of not renting. However, I rated fair due to a horrible incident that caused us to move to another unit. Pipes broke under our floor and seeped up over a month's time. Maintenance and management were prompt in responding to try to re mediate, but mold made us ill and corporate never responded to our letter.

I've been a resident here on and of since 1988. My girlfriend and I are looking for another place right now. T Read Morehe rent here is getting out of control for the services we receive. The plowing contractor this year has been a joke so far. The walkways don't get cleared in a timely manor. It seems like Keystone doesn't bother with background checks anymore. Our neighbors next door party every weekend. I'm done pounding on their door and complaining, from now on I'm calling the police...

Apartments are set up as homes, not an old house chopped up. Rooms are decent size. Plenty of closet space. Fa Read Moreirly quiet although you can hear others.

The two issues that persist are not easily changed. The first issue is building design that creates very dark Read Morerooms which are depressing. The second issue is the quality of the casual labor/contractors. They are not committed to long term improvements. All damage to the lawns is from the maintenance trucks and plows. Workman replaced lighting 3 days after the building was cleaned and the electrical work left a bit of a mess. Rug stains last for a decade. 40 year old prints could be replaced.
