      Do not waste your time and money renting from here. Everything is great until the moment you sign the lease. T Read Morehe maintenance people are so overworked due to the state of the apartments it takes weeks if not months to get a repair. The ladies in the office are outright rude, even including yelling at and arguing with tenants, with a new manager that will defend them without so much as inquiring about a situation. She is equally condescending and antagonistic. This has to be the single most unprofessional, poorly run community I have ever lived in. On the surface the apartments appear suitable at least, nothing fancy. But are a maintenance nightmare. Wonderful school district. But actually living here is something else entirely. As soon as you give that deposit and sign that lease, all bets are off. Run from this place!

          Response time for structural issues has been very prompt, ie dead bolt installed on front door, 2nd floor carp Read Moreet done professional after moving in. The windows need to be replaced as they have lived their useful life. The windows are very difficult to raise and are extremely drafty during the winter months so far. Because of this I do not feel that the monthly rent
          is priced fairly.

          The apartment is a little outdated and not maintained as well as I thought it would be. Infrastructure could Read Morebe much better. However the staff has been very responsive to our needs and concerns.
