This place is not as clean as it should be, the walkways need to be washed!!! The yearly power washing by the Read Moreregular cleaning staff doesn't cut it. Get a proper machine to clean the hallways and parking garages. For a while the fire alarm went off ALL the time, it was getting old, at least that's seemed to be fixed, but took way to long to address the problem (that seems to be the underlying theme here). The elevators are often broken, along with the gates to the garage.

Apartments, while spacious, we're obviously made using cheap materital and under time constrictions (I'm a Con Read Morestruction Project Manager so I have some experience with this...). Office staff is extremely unpleasent and often rude, unless they are trying to sell you a lease. Rules pertaining to Parking change frequently and only benefit the retail tenants. Maintenance, which you will need because of the hasty construction, often requires multiple service requests before your problem is fixed.

Any complexes bordering Chinquapin Rd are stuck listening to police sirens, ambulances, and inconsiderate driv Read Moreers at ALL hours of the day. Not something to deal with considering the price range. Parking was difficult in building one, with spaces limited or nonexistent on several occasions.

The staff lacked professionalism and sincere politeness in my experience. They usually seemed short and orner Read Morey towards me. slandered me to other residents.
They rarely followed through on simple maintenance requests. I had a mouse in my apartment for over 5 months before they took decisive action to remove it. I have pictures of mouse droppings all over my closet and pictures of camping equipment which was chewed up by the mouse. Many abandoned vehicles remained in the very limited parking.

The apartment complex needs some TLC . I have been a resident for 6 years and I have seen the apartment comple Read Morex go down to the upkeep of the grounds to the maintence . The amenities need to be fixed, cleaned and upgraded. The hallways and espically the trash room needs cleaning . I also feel that a complimentary carpet cleaning should be given upon a leases renewal since there is no stain guard on the carpet . Just a few of some concerns
