Maintenance always half did a job. My ceiling was filling up with water and it took them three days to look at Read More it. when I first moved in the apt was not ready for me. They were painting and shampooing the carpet as my moving truck pulled up. The leasing office insisted that I was not suppose to be there yet, until they pulled my paperwork and realized they were wrong. A few months after I started having roach problems from my neigbor next door to me, which was disgusting. Parking is terrible!!!!

I am totally dissatisfied with fairways as I don't feel they were fair at all.During the time that I lived the Read Morere ( 3 yrs ) I bounced one check and after that I could never give them a check ...most places give you at least 3 times....I also had a problem with them trying to bill me for chrages already paid twice and then having to go to them was an inconvenience. Some employees were rude and ignorant

i stayed on the 3rd floor of the tower right across from the laundry room and i heard the door slam every time Read More someone went into there. The management should invest in putting a piston on the door to keep it from slamming.

Slow or non existent response to complaints or problems in apartment. Terrible water pressure in shower. Carpe Read Morets and screens on doors and windows are old and tattered. Office personnel are rude and not very helpful.
