Great location with easy commute into downtown and also to other areas such as Towson and Columbia Nice poo Read Morel, gym and tennis court Only issue is that there can be a mice issue if you have a ground level unit

Great environment, friendly office staff, very responsive maintenance crew and generally quiet community. My o Read Morenly complaint is the noise from HVAC being located next to my bedroom.

The apartments are reasonably priced and I love Mt. Washington. I was in a house before I moved in and I reall Read Morey needed more room than the 2 bedroom offered. I did not see any insects. I did see signs that a mouse was coming in but no live mice were ever spotted (thankfully). I did see deer in the area. If you don't want any near you (I didn't) then ask for one of the units facing the parking lot.

Decent location. Decent rates.
Customer service was routinely poor. Staff seemed so bothered and annoyed w Read Morehen we needed anything or had any questions.
The reason I rate it "good" was because of the price and no problems with the building.

I really enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding neighborhood. In addition, it is affordable to live here Read More and safe. The staff are friendly and they are very responsive with maintenance requests.
