The apartment we were placed in initially had a severe water issue that caused excessive flooding. We were mov Read Moreed to another apartment after the second flood. The maintenance staff responded quickly on both occasions.

I like the location and the convenience to my work. I like the apartment amenities, but I have to say there a Read Morere many outdated appliances that need replacing.

Buildings are old and there are many problems with plumbing and fixtures within the apartment (leaking faucets Read More, fixtures breaking off, tiles rotting out in the bathroom, loose toilets, etc.). Lower level residents have problems with insects and bugs, including spiders and lots of slugs inside the apartment.
