I am not satisfied with the service I receive from the office staff. It is to the point where I am confident t Read Morehey are ignoring my phone calls. However, if my townhome was repaired as needed before I moved in, and my maintenance requests were addressed on time, I wouldn't have to call in.

I have repeatedly asked for a window replacement in the back bedroom, (atleast 5 times) after it rained and my Read More floor was flooded, the carpet was replaced, however after being told twice the window would be replaced they were waiting for confirmation from the corporate office (back in april) I have yet to receive the new window.

loud music at midnight running kids at midnight and loud voice compel to leave this town homes because managem Read Moreent is not reporting to them because the walls are not sound prof. I requested to change the homes earlier too, people come home to rest to watch tv do some study and rest but this area there is always weekend to weekdays I am living this townhome since July 2013 it is very hard to sleep at night. it is very hard to get sound sleep here.

The work orders you put in for unit could address early then 3-4 weeks, so my suggestion is for to make tenant Read Mores priority.
