Leasing Terms

Our lease terms are: 12 months, 13 months, 14 months, 15 months, 18 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).
Dog Policy: $10 pet rent. $500 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Pets may be permitted with an additional fee; dogs are restricted by breed. Dog breeds not permitted are Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweillers and Chow Chows, and any mixes thereof. Residents with a pet 1-25 lbs. will pay a $150 pet deposit, $150 upfront pet fee and $10 per month pet rent. Residents with a pet over 25 lbs. will pay a $250 pet deposit, $250 upfront pet fee and $10 per month pet rent. Resident must sign a separate Animal Addendum and provide a copy of the pet's ve

I was very unhappy with this place. It looks nice, but it is poorly run. Management has no idea what they ar Read Moree doing! Certain people can do anything they want (smoke, park anywhere, party all night) while others they are strict upon. We thought we were going to enjoy living there, but it ended up being quite the opposite, and that is why we moved out. You know its bad when all the residents talk about how poorly run it is -- seriously!
