I don't have any real serious complaints about the complex itself, just issues with the residents. The rental Read Moreoffice/maintenance staff is always curteous and on time with any maintenance issues or general questions I may have. I enjoy it here.

In 3 months, the police and bail bondsmen came pounding on my door 72 times. They cited a variety of reason i Read Morencluding: reports of convict hiding out, address given when prisoner was released, report of meth lab, etc. They came at all hours of the night. They came so frequently that my roommate and I started making cookies to hand out while they searched the property. It is funny now but at the time it was terrible. Worth breaking the lease to get out. Please RUN from this complex.

It really is a nice apartment, however it sounds like someone is coming througn you ceiling daily (walls too t Read Morehin). You can hear people conversations, water running, etc). Its a bit annoying but I besides that nt abad community. I wish they offered more parking for residents, i pay $900.00 and have to park outside of my complex :(
Everything else is pretty awesome!
