Most apartments were very over occupied, roaches repeatedly came up from the apartment downstairs. It took a Read Morevery long time to get this taken care of. Same goes with heating, air conditioning problems. Some of the office staff were very nice and others were very unfriendly and not helpful. Price paid for the apartment when it was in bad condition on both the inside and outside was way too much (expensive).

The employees in the rental office were always very unpleasant. They never put in orders to have maintenance c Read Moreome fix anything in the apartment. $905 is not exactly cheap for the amount of space in which you get and when you have constant insect problems that the rental office seemed not to care about. If you do not have to stay far away from this complex.
