The age of the unit was definitely showing and not worth how much I was paying in rent. Mount Ridge claims tha Read Moret thei accommodate students, but do not give a good deal worth student wages. I had to call maintenance maybe once or twice a month because we had so many issues with out apartment ranging from ceiling leaks, mold, fleas, no hot water, and so much more. Maintenance would claim to come and have fixed the issue, but it would just occur again. The walls are poorly spackled with cracks.

Management assured me that my unit would be receiving a kitchen upgrade prior to my moving in. This did not ha Read Moreppen and they refused to talk about it for the duration of my stay there. They did respond fairly quickly to maintenance requests. Parking was okay.
