They seem to have staffing issues. We have a custodian for a while, then not. The place is clean for a week, Read Moreand then not. I feel the current staff is over worked, having to do many jobs outside of their primary job description, like delivering packages and such.

I loved the building and the neighborhood. When we first moved in the level of cleanliness and care was outst Read Moreanding and any requests for help or repairs were addressed promptly, usually the same or next day. By the time I moved in Nov 2016 I felt all of these factors had gone downhill.

There are important details that are repeatedly overlooked. Getting anything done seems to be very difficult. Read More It seems like it has been difficult to maintain effective staff in the building. The gym does not always get the attention it should.

Management is slow with making repairs. Repairs are often not done properly. There is no on-site maintenance c Read Morerew, thus repairs are outsourced for completion. There is no notice when someone enters your apartment. Amenities are below average (the dryers, for example, require two cycles on extra dry to dry an average load of clothing, which contributes to higher energy bills), the carpet is coming apart, there are no pull-out drawers underneath the sinks, there is little storage space
