Interior of the apartment is very nice and parking has never been an issue for me or my guests. Only complaint Read More is the water pressure is not very good and it takes a while for the hot water to start running, but I guess the fact that water is included in the cost of rent makes up for it.

We were highly dissatisfied with the amount of noise, mice, and inconsideration of other tenants. We asked for Read More help with the noise levels multiple times and did receive some help. Unfortunately the mice situation was disgusting and came from the basement apartment we were told. That problem never got fixed and when we moved out there were about 8 dead mice found that the maintenance guys never found.

Bedroom shower did not work and was told it was old pipes that couldn't be fixed. Killed 3 mice while I lived Read Morethere and I am sure there were more. Need new windows in all buildings but that goes with older buildings.

As beautiful as the apartment was - and I was the first to move into a renovated basement apartment - the cont Read Moreractors missed the mark as far as NOISE! I could hear everything from the unit above me - their footsteps, their voices, their TV, even their hangers when they hung up their clothes.
Also, when the heater/air conditioner went on, it was so noisy I couldn't even talk on the phone! Maintenance came to look, but couldn't do anything about it.
