The Elevators need to be cleaned better:

The elevator floor gets cleaned but the walls of the elevator
Read Moreneed to be scrubbed down at least once a week to get rid of dried dog drool etc. The crevices where the floor meets the walls of the elevator also collects filth. Something that kills germs should be used in the cleaning solution. I have witnessed some horrible smelling dogs in the elevators.

Please open the roof top on the weekends so we can lay down on the beach chairs and get sun.

The policy to begin charging for guest parking is an offensive way to generate extra revenue for the building Read Morefrom residents who pay a high rent now. It is The Eden's policy to allow a towing company complete access to the building. They drive through and will tow without any warning what so ever any car without a hang tag. Many residents of the building spoke out against this policy when it was announced but the policy was put into place anyway.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns regarding the parking policy at The Eden. The towing company will only tow those cars without a Parking Pass/Guest Pass. We created this policy so that we would know who was parking in our lot as many residents were not securing passes for their guests and the garage was not secure because of this.

My stay at The Eden has been wonderful, though I'm easy to please; however, I'm really disappointed in the par Read Moreking situation, now having to pay for guest parking. My parents visit for only a few hours at a time, and I would like to offer them a safe/convenient place to park, but I think it's ridiculous that I have to now pay for those few hours. Parking at The Eden (when it was still guest-friendly and free), was my only deciding factor to choose The Eden over other nice apartments in the area.
