I feel the question regarding "sense of community you feel among residents and staff" should be a separate que Read Morestion for staff and residents. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. The residents seem to be transient and some don't regard the property with respect because they are there temporarily. I also feel there is not much of a community because the majority of the residents rarely say hello, hold the door, or help one another. I know that I am not imagining this to be true, because I've spoken to many other residents who feel the same way.

I asked the staff to fix my bath tub. the paint of my apartment bath tub has gone away and it is very unhygien Read Moreic to take shower in there. I have brought this into notice to the staff multiple times in person much in advance. But every time, no maintenance person showed up. In this busy work hour, I have to empty my bathroom in mornings and again set it up in evening. It is very much annoying. I invite the manager to take shower in this bath tub if they like their own property! I am very very disappointed. Its now two months almost that they are not able to fix it. The condition is such now that I have to request my friends to allow me to take shower at their place. Fix it today without any further delay!

My Kitchen sink also sting because of the paint scrapped from it. When I asked the staff for the same, they said maintenance people will fix it only when I will empty whole kitchen! I donot understand how does stuff in my kitchen closed will affect maintenance to paint the kitchen sink!! Its very annoying. I again invite the manager to see how difficult for me to use the sink anymore. Fix it today!
