Of the apartments in the Mt Vernon area, the Waterloo represents one of the largest apartment complexes. The s Read Moretaff attempts to give residents many opportunities to mingle with other residents. Also, over the past year, they have tried to improve residential life here. Some of these attempts have unfortunately made things less convenient for residents of the Waterloo (namely, the closing of all trash chutes and forced use of the Trash Butler service).

Love living here and what this place has to offer my only issue is how thin the walls/windows are so you hear Read Morea lot of outside noise. Also the downstairs of my apartment in the winter stays much colder then the upstairs unless I have a fire going.

I love living in the heart of beautiful Mt. Vernon because it is in walking distance of several theatres, the Read Morelibrary, the symphony and the harbor. I feel safe and love the amenities - a pool, a gym and parking in the building.

Leasing office hours not convenient(too short). Need longer hours for package pick-up, etc. 24-7 emergency li Read Morene does not address most issues. Entrance gate system call-boxes often broken Parking garages very full and have to park far from only elevator. Apartment is noisy. Neighbors, street noise very loud. Carpet was dirty on move-in Rent very expensive Leasing office staff very friendly Good location/good area Maintenance staff addresses issues quickly
