Certified Resident

We recently had some issues with the water in our building this February 2015 and the tenants were not give an Read Morey notice that the water was going to be off all day. and we recieved no notification from the management office that the water was going to be worked on and would be out repaired and would be out for two days. Also, a suggestion about clearing the snow from the parking lot, it would be great to remove the snow during the day when most people are at work and to clear pathways from the sidewalks to the parking lot to avoid falls.

Remove assigned parking, if the building aren't wheelchair accessible then lessen the number of handicap spots Read More. Fix door skirts like promised.

The management should focus on the condition of the apartments and having the appropriate number of quality ma Read Moreintenance staff. The quality and condition of the apartments will keep and invite quality people. Quick response, completion and follow up should be a must for maintenance. I love living here but I had to send letters to the regional manager, the owner and the vice president of operations before my requests for street lighting (that was out for almost 2 months) and the sinful wasting of water due to inconsistent water temperatures.

    WHY I CAN'T GET A NEW REFRIGERATOR, WHY CRAKING IN MASTER BATHROOM WALL & VENT CAN'T BE FIXED. wHYSME ELECTICA Read MoreL OUTLETS DON'T WORK? wHY WALLS WERE JSUS PATCHED OVER INSTEAD OF BEING SMOIOTHED OUT. WHY BALCONY WAS NOT CLEANED BEFORE i MOVED IN. wHEN i MOVED IN i WROTE A LIST OF THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE . iT WAS IGNORED BY LEASING OFFICE. MASTER BATHROOM SHOWER WATER HARD TO REGULATE TON GETWATER AT RIGHT TEMPERTURE. SLIDING GLASS DOOR LOCK NEED TO BE CHANGED. IT TAKES SEVERAL TRIES IN ORDER TO LOCK IT. WINDOWS ARE DRAFTY IN POWDER ROOM AND BEDROOMS.
