Very modern and sophisticated 4 floor Apartment on the inner harbor. A walking distance from down town and comes with an amazing view from each room and floor. It is equipped by an elevator, so It is wheelchair friendly and a perfect place to unwind or for business travelers.
No Pets. Call for service animal policy.
1- No smoking is permitted inside the condo.
2-Pets are not allowed
3- The condo consists of 4 floors and several windows and balconies. All windows are child safe, however, it is solely the responsibility of the tenant to take care of themselves and the accompanied children. The owner of the property takes no responsibility in case of an accident within or outside the premises of the condo.
4- The tenant takes responsibility of any damages exceeding the amount provided by the insurance.
5- Booking canceled at least 24 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
6-Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
7-No alteration to be made to the condo, this includes painting or installation of any permanent change.
8-The tenant will make his/her best effort to keep the condo in good condition.
9-The owner has the right to enter the house with an advance notice of 24 hours for any reason. In an emergency, the owner may violate this rule and enter immediately.
10- No loud partying is permitted in the condo. All guests must respect community guidelines and the neighbors in the community. Partying and irresponsible drinking is strictly forbidden. Making loud noises or disturbing the neighbors will also be considered a breach to this agreement.
11- If you decide to use the grill, the BBQ or the stove, you can do so at your own risk and the owner shall not be held responsible in case of injury or death.
12- It is the responsibility of the tenant to declare the EXACT number of guests. No additional guests are allowed inside the community or the property without the permission of the owner.
13- Breaching ANY of the above rules will result in a 2000$ penalty and other legal repercussions.
