It took Maintenance 4 complaints to fix the same problem. I asked that our mailboxes be more secured because Read Morethey were being broken into. It took 3yrs to replace the mailboxes with a more secure model. There is no soliciting on the property, but because there is no locks on the outer doors anyone can come into the building and solicit.

The maintenance was good at coming out at first but then would take forever and did a poor job. I also had iss Read Moreues with residences smoking right out front and the windows were so old that the smoke would seep in. When the office associate wouldn't help me I asked to speak to someone directly with the company that owned the property and she refused to give me anyone's name or a supervisor. I ended up breaking my lease because they wouldn't fix the smoking issue which violated the lease.
