Leasing Terms

Our lease terms are: 6 months, 9 months, 12 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).
Pet Policy: $25 pet rent. $300 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Seasons at Bel Air is a pet friendly community. We currently accept a maximum of 2 cats or 2 dogs with the exception of the following breeds: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed. Maximum weight is 25 lbs. at maturity. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in. A $300 non-refundable pet fee, per pet, is required at the time of move-in, along with a $25 monthly pet rent per pet

I like the idea that you can pay your rent online. The only thing I don't like about it, is it goes through a Read Morethird party, which means more money. In all I really like living here, but if I'm going to stay, all depends on the rent increase.

Hello. If you have an active checking account, you can pay rent online for free. Debit/credit cards come with a convenience fee that's beyond our control. You can always stop in the office to pay rent and say hello to the staff! If you need any help, let us know ... we're here.

Kitchens dont have microwaves. Kitchen needs more cabinets and counterspace. Common bldg foyer and stairs need Read More new carpeting. Need better quality grounds n bad weather grounds crews. Add poles in ground in front of bldgs that dispence dog mess bags.
