The quality and attention to detail in the up keep as declined. The level of care taken in communicating to re Read Moresidents that the office is aware of certain issues was never really on par and it remains so. Uparades to the outside of the property and inside of the buildings need to be comparable to the amount of rent charged (secured entry, nicer doors, fresh paint in hallways); an entire face-lift.

They can't seem to focus on what is priority and how to spend the maintenance project or funds. For instance Read More, there is a back entrance that recently been recemented. For what? It was fine the way it is. Why not utilize the funds to strip the stinking carpets in the mid-rise and deodorize the place. Put in open windows so there would be ventilation in the halls so that we don't breathe trash every day. When we complain, they take no action to fix what the issue is.

I feel for the most part the staff is ok. However, at times, I feel that the office staff does not report accu Read Morerate or realistic times for deadlines. I.E. Maintenance requests, pool passes, follow up response on various things. At this time, I am extremely frustrated with the maintenance staff, they have poor follow through with requests which has been an ongoing issue. Currently, in my building, I live in the basement and 2 lightbulbs have been blown for over 2 weeks.
