Price just below other compatible locations; but service & amenities (or lack thereof) are reason why! Main Read Moretenance also not good. Took six months to fix light outside building & air conditioning (suffered with over 85 degrees in apt ALL summer) was NEVER fixed!

1. Lighthouse at Twin Lakes insisted that we signed a 14 months contract instead of 12. We were told that it w Read Moreas an initial contract of 12 months according to industrial practice in the US. 2. You staff indicated that at the end of the 14 months, the contract renews into 12 months automatically even if the tenders don't prefer an annual contract - in other locations, contracts are rolled over on a month-to-month basis. 3. Requests for services are on all occasions delayed and not performed
