The apartment is great. However, the outlet sockets are of inferior quality. There were several other deficien Read Morecies such as the freezer pump not working properly. The fitness center is great except that the weighing machine is broken. The maintenance and some of the concierge people could be friendlier.

The ventilation system in the hallway frequently (around dinner time) distributes noxious cooking odors into the apartment...??? 4. Lack of paperless billing of rent???

Seems to be regular parts of the building not working or breaking down. Swimming pool has cracks, front door o Read Moreften jams, our apartment had trouble with leaks.
