I really like the apartment, it is very spacious. I would like to see them up-grade/remodel the kitchen and b Read Moreathrooms it would really be a beautiful place. I also think they need to hire some more maintenance personnel.

I like the location, the surrounding retail population. The area is generally quiet, behind my building is ano Read Morether complex and they are alwasy "live" over there! The apartments are very spacious but old, may find a lot of cracks or creeking floor boards in areas which is wear and tear over time. On a personal level I think that everyone is due respect and dignity to a degree so I just wonder if deliquent notices could be placed in an envelop tape or tucked in the door rather than bright neon colored notices placed on the doors for everyone see and read. When I first moved here my concession was not entered into the system twice so twice I got the letter. Resolving it was easy, there were no harsh words of exchange between the office and myself but I could have done without everyone on my floor knowing my business espcially when it was an honest mistake on Management's behalf. Just a thought
