I moved into Saddle Brooke almost 3 yrs ago when it was more quiet with working families. Within the last year Read More the choice of tenants seems like they are not being screened. The neighboring activity such as loud music, fighting neighbors and soliciting. It's becoming unsafe and sometimes a little threatening. There has been an increase of tenants that appeared to be under the influence of something. Other communities have water and heat included and less costly for the same amount of space. Last winter we as a community had to come together to clean up our community because we were told we didn't have a manager. Cars were buried for over 2 weeks and we never received an apology from our new management or owners. Rent is expected to be paid on time but maintenance issues are delayed. I don't think I will be resigning my lease because I will require a larger apartment and the cost for a 3bedroom here is the cost of a mortgage.
