Top Field is a terrific community to live in. It far exceeds our expectations. Definitely the best Apartment w Read Moree have ever lived in! We are so happy we decided to move here. The size and layouts are great! The living/dining rooms are larger than anything we saw all along the West side of 695. There is plenty of ample parking. And a lot of storage space in all the many closets. Love it here!!

Thank you so much for your feedback and kind words. We will do everything we can to make sure you continue to "Love it here"! Suzanne N., Property Manager
Apartment hunting in Cockeysville yields a bunch of mediocre apartments that don't seem to try too hard to bea Read Moret out their competition, but Top Field definitely stands out, they definitely strive for quality. Concrete construction, nice grounds, new appliances, ample parking, great management, and proximity to both Hunt Valley and Timonium. It's nestled right into the Loch Raven reservoir and we can basically walk right outside and get to some great hiking trails, which is a big plus, especially with the dogs.

The outrageous price increases each year do not make it easy for someone to stay or feel appreciated. It's lik Read Moree you are trying to price me out of the renewal. I am paying hundreds more for a one bedroom than what they are currently going for. I don't understand why you would price solid loyal residents away. That doesn't make me feel appreciated.

I have seen many changes since my first Topfield lease. Not all of them in favor of the tenants. Originall Read Morey, I had 3 day a week trash pickup at my door; car washing facilities; no separate billing for water/sewer usage; There have been changes which decreased the value of my lease, but did not decrease my rent which continues to increase every year. I feel once a tenant is retired and on limited income, the rent should freeze.
