I will preface this by saying I got a VERY good lease incentive, but my rating still stands. The community is Read More top-notch. Parking only gets crowded as it gets later in the day which is to be expected anywhere. If you're home by 10 you're likely not going to have any issues. The apartments are well-appointed and the amenities are well taken care of. All of our neighbors are courteous and pet owners appear to take the time to clean up after their pets. Usually you can find something small to complain about but there are really no major issues at this complex. If I HAD to complain about something, I'd say some small drawbacks are that the game rooms in the clubhouse close with the leasing office around 6PM and that the meeting room in the business center has been closed for quite a while after the table was cracked, but I'm reaching here. Around rush hour time it can be difficult to make a left out of the community because of the lack of a traffic light. The community is excellent overall though. It might be important to note that two new phases of construction are nearing completion in the area and it's likely to get a little busier in the complex.

Great Location; nicely situated near I-95 and about halfway between Baltimore and Washington DC. Complex is ne Read Morewly developed and development appears to be continuing. Office staff is very friendly and has pretty much stayed the same for the last year.

We are overall very pleased to be living here. We feel pampered and safe. It is very close to the MARC train Read More and major regional interstates. The application process was easy, and they waived deposit fees since we are active duty military. The grounds are well-maintained, the apartments are in good condition, and the staff members greet you by name. We have very few complaints. Our apartment is right next to the elevator and we don't hear it inside our apartments. We also cannot hear our neighbors when we are inside our apartment (we can hear them while in the hallway). The gym is clean, and we like to read and use WiFi in the business center. Having a community pool and gas grills to use in the common areas is a very nice touch for us apartment-dwellers! We plan to renew our lease.
