It was a horrible experience the entire time. We had defaults with in our home that I had written complaints a Read Morebout on multiple occassions and nothing was ever done. My 2 year old fell out of the second story window because the windows did not lock. It was never fixed. The corporate responsible for the property didn't care either, they had been notified on multiple different occassions of issues we were having and nothing was ever done. The buildings are falling apart from the inside out. They don't allow us to have visitor parking passes, so el Read Morederly relatives that visit walk all the way from the street. The walls in several of the units are full of black mold. The windows and doors don't seal properly, so be prepared to spend a lot of money weatherproofing because the property manager does nothing to help and the property owners just ignore you. The water/sewage bill is outrageous! $90 a month!

Maintenance took weeks, even for use of the bathtub. Staff were very rude, maintenamce spoke no english, very Read Morehard to communicate, very limited laundry facilities. Noisy neighbors, not a great place for kids.

One of the maintenance people (I believe) left my door open, my cat ran away and I was never able to find her. Read More I tried to talk to the owner of the apartments, or the person that ran them but really didn't get very far with it. A month before I moved out, the landlady had left without any warning so the office was left vacant and any issues or questions had to be directed to the person running the apartments.
Overall, the buildings looked pretty run down and not well kept.
