Howard Crossing maintains the grounds very nicely, and the maintenance staff is very responsive.

I love living here! Everyone is friendly, the apartments are quiet, and there are lot of families that call th Read Moreis place home. It's really been a wonderful experience. Maintenance is also very quick and knowledgeable.

To begin with, I have the worst experience prior moving into the house. I moved from chicago. So, I took a lea Read Morese for one bedroom for a specific date and gave a notice in chicago property. I scheduled a pickup with movers. A week before moving date, after me walking into the leasing office for a different question I was told the unit will not be available. They don't have any other unit available with the same floor plan. I got so nervous because I have confirmed my move out date in a different state and movers scheduled. From the property i did not get a very good response or assistance even though it's their mistake. They did not feel they are responsible. With no units available around that time, there are only 2 bedroom units available and which I am not ready to afford. So I requested property manager to adjust the pricing or give some discount they have not assisted. I even escalated with head quarters and no response. Since I am new to the state and running outhe of the options in the last minute, I am forced to take a 2 bedroom apartment with no assistance from property management. It is a very irresponsible behavior and only interested in making money.
