I am not satisfied with maintenance. Maintenance was fine until i had issue with my kitchen sink. I had to ope Read Moren three service requests within this past 10days for it as the kitchen sink is not flushing. There was no response for my first service request. I had to open second one, for which maintenance responded by sending someone, who just came and went without doing anything. I had to open a third service request and again another maintenance guy came and said everything was fine, which is incorrect. He said he will come back and then never turned up so far. Due to this inconvenience and lack of knowledge about the maintenance, I would rate the maintenance as POOR.

I read mixed reviews online before renting here, they gave me pause. Since moving in I have experienced none o Read Moref the negatives cited. Demographics are decidedly mixed here, but it has been a very congenial experience for me so far. Neighbors all seem pleasant and responsible, no issues with unruly kids, or loud noise coming from adjacent apartments. My apartment overlooks the field and tennis courts behind the Leasing Office building, and I've really enjoyed watching the community activities that take place there from my balcony. And a few occasions where the deer have ventured out from the woods by the stream. Maybe a few have a tendency to litter the grounds, but the maintenance crew seems to keep this well under control. Overall, the grounds are very attractive, nicely landscaped, and kept very clean. Management support and maintenance responsiveness has been excellent. I recommend this apartment community to anyone - it is an excellent value for the price, a nice place to live.

Howard Crossing has felt like home to my fiance and I for the last 2 years. We love the view from our apartmen Read Moret and the maintenance crew is one of the best that I have seen in years of apartment living. The team at the leasing office could be a little more helpful. Whenever we have a concern or question and try to call ...they NEVER answer the phone. we are always directed to the answering machine and have left messages but never get call backs. We always have to walk up to the leasing office. That's really the only complaint that I have.
