We likes the area and size of the apartment. We did not like is parking, maintenance and complaints. We had pa Read Morerking permits to park in the lot and were told guests had to park on the street or get towed. We rarely had a parking spot because people without permits were always in the parking lot and were not towed. We had a running toilet problem and it took maintenance 3 months to fix it. We got complaints about loud music at night when it came from a neighbor while we were trying to sleep.

The building is very outdated. Windows are old and drafty. Live on 3rd floor and hard time keeping it warm in Read Morewinter and cool in the summer with high electric bills. Can smell smoke for others apts. Very poor lighting in the parking lot.

Office was not responsive to maintenance requests. They would come every time something was wrong, but they ne Read Morever took the necessary steps to truly repair the problems. I had to write to corporate in two occasions to get anything done. Also, the property was just run down/old. And the parking lots barely had any lights. On the positive side, it was affordable and you get a lot of space for the money.

The property office manager was great. Since we had relocated from NJ, we didn't know much about Maryland. T Read Morehe manager assisted us in getting acclaimated, not only with the town we lived in, but also the community and surrounding area. The apartment was cleaned, the grounds well kept, and the staff was attentive to our concerns. We built a home soon after moving, but I would highly recommend Harford Village North.
