There were a lot of maintenance issues when I first moved into the apartment. A lot of things were not fixed, Read Morethere was mold, the closet door was not attached and was inside my bathroom up against the wall, the was no door knob on one of the bedroom doors, there was an old stained and ripped cushion toilet seat lid in the bathroom, and other little things that showed that this apartment was not ready for anyone to live in. I gave a score of fair because they fixed mostly all of the issues.

The toilet would run they called themselves fixing it but two days later it was doing it again. Then my neighb Read Moreor upstairs flood it their apartment and then ran down into mine and it took them 2 weeks to fix the ceiling and then they didn't do it right they just painted over the wet spot instead of replacing the sheetrock. The parking is horrible.

Once manangement changed everything went downhill. My puppy was even stolen from my unit which I believe was d Read Moreone by maintenance. Most of all my neighbors that moved in when I did left. It was nice in the beginning but it went downhill fast. I will never move into a property managed by Finesa Real Estate Group.
