I think the apartments are relatively large with all necessary appliances . The staff has always been respons Read Moreive. I only have issue is the bees that are in and around the roof of the buildings and recent discovery of a roach every once and a while. Also things in my apartment started to fall apart pretty early on in living there.

The parking is poor. The monthly charge for reserved parking is excessive. And for those who are not able to p Read Moreay for reserved parking, eventually we'll have no choice but to park in visitor parking. Under the newest management the buildings are now only cleaned once a week, whereas they were cleaned much more frequently. Overall we are very happy with the apartment and the community.

The parking and towing policy is terrible. The parking permits are terrible as well. As soon as the are placed Read More in the sun, they melt. In addition, once the parking permits are damaged by the sun, Harbor Place forces the residents to pay to replace the permits. There are too many restrictions. Harbor Place tells you what you can and can not put on your balcony, even though you are paying rent for it. The maintenance is ok. It took 7 months to replace 2 nobs that was reported during move in.
