I love my apartment design and layout, but parking is terrible. There aren't enough spaces for residents and i Read Moret's clear they want residents to pay for a reserved space which seems a bit overpriced for a suburban area. There's tons of closet space and the kitchen is nice, but it would look better with stainless steel appliances. I've only had a couple of maintenance requests and both were resolved the same day. The office staff is usually friendly, but sometimes the staff can be unresponsive.

Some of the maintenance men aren't as knowledgeable as others, so you sometimes have to submit multiple reques Read Morets for the same issue. Office staff will not generally follow-up; the floors are really thin, if you have loud or inconsiderate neighbors, this can be hard. The blinds are also really thin, almost translucent. The neighborhood is pretty safe, the gym and pool are okay, the apartments are spacious.

I think the apartments are relatively large with all necessary appliances . The staff has always been respons Read Moreive. I only have issue is the bees that are in and around the roof of the buildings and recent discovery of a roach every once and a while. Also things in my apartment started to fall apart pretty early on in living there.
