This is the first time I have lived in an apartment and I could not be any more satisfied. The owners and pro Read Moreperty managers truly care about creating an environment that is pleasant for the residents. The apartments, club house and common grounds are beautiful. Everything is top notch . Services requests (although minimal) are promptly resolved. Living here at East of Market has been an excellent life style choice for myself!

East of market is a safe and secure place to live and the overall atmosphere is quiet. The only compliant I h Read Moreave is that we occasionally lose power, however, it is short lived so it isn't an inconvenience in most cases.
